LEMA
Public Registry of Stewardship

Sijil al-Amānāt

Sijil al-Amānāt — Register of Entrustments — is LEMA's developing public record of stewardship. Rather than a property registry or financial ledger, the Sijil documents how entrusted resources—land, labor, equipment, projects, observations, and institutional decisions—are responsibly recorded over time. Each entry creates a permanent historical record of work performed, observations made, and responsibilities fulfilled. As the Foundation grows, the Sijil will become the permanent archive for verified records demonstrating accountability, continuity, and public benefit.

Phase 1 Pilot

What the Sijil documents now

During the Phase 1 Pilot, the Sijil primarily documents field observations, stewardship assessments, pilot project activities, workforce participation, Composite MWU measurements, public reports, and institutional documentation. The Phase 1 Pilot Execution Sijil documents authorization, work scope, workforce deployment, measurable outputs, site conditions, compliance, and verification—without creating ownership or altering jurisdiction.
